  This store never answers their phone. If you visit the store you will be told to wait at least an hour to see someone as if you have all the time in the world. Please shape up or ship out! I would give 0 stars but are forced to give at least one.

  If I could leave a minus 5 star review I would. They sold me a faulty iphone, I took it to another Telstra shop to repair as I was travelling for work and they said it would be quicker to take it to Apple. I did this but Apple said the phone was defective and replaced it on the spot. I thought that was great until the new phone also stopped working. I've just taken it back to Ballina Telstra where I bought it and been told that because the phone was replaced by Apple the warranty is no longer valid. I'm still paying for the warranty but its not valid????!!!!! They basically laughed me out of the shop, no apology or acknowledgement of the massive stuff up and lack of communication between Apple and Telstra. I now have a useless phone contract and no phone. This is the last straw in a long line of ridiculous experiences with Telstra. As soon as I can I'm cancelling all our Telstra services which are many as we own a business. Not that Telstra care about customer retention. Shame on you Telstra.

  Never go back, Asked to leave the store intimidated and stood over by a tyrant store manager. Have been a customer for over 50 years. An absolute disgrace . Forced to give one star, should be 5 minus

  The service was good, expect a wait time of about 20-30 min pretty standard. If you start with these expectations then your experience will be just fine.

  Great customer service, prompt with a product order but is a bit slow to receive, got told is would be here within a week and been 2 weeks and had to ring and no show still. Otherwise service inside the store was good and friendly and help me with exactly what i wanted.
