  After spending over $280 on R.M William products the week before, when we asked to try on some boots for size we were told by a tall male worker "it takes at least 20 minutes to size you up, so if you're not going to lay-by or purchase them today I'm not going to size you up". There was no one else in the store & the salesperson then strolled over to another worker and started talking.

  Well, you have probably lost at least $1000 worth of sales as we had been looking at the R.M boots for my partners birthday (and DID know his size just wanted to confirm) and WERE going to lay-by a pair, not to mention were planning on purchasing a dryzabone jacket for Xmas and some ugg boots also.
