    After a last minute destination change, we rented a double room for $65. The room was old and musty, the linen came straight out of seventies and the cooling left a bit to be desired. BUT, the owners are friendly and it is the cheapest place in an expensive tourist town (in Summer). If you are on a tight budget and NEED to stay in Ballina, this is the place for you.

    Was towed to this park after car malfunction and owners could not of been more helpful, not the most modern but it's clean and friendly

    very good with the. management being very friendly and helpful. Here we are close to all facilities including local tavern, doctor, chemist, newsagent. .. all the necessities, supermarket and many lovely restaurants. life doesn't get any better
