  Initially I tried to accept what they claim of the limited number of people based on fire regulation and make myself stay in the car overnight so my wife and the baby girl would have a place to stay overnight but after I got told to provide my registration number, so that their security can check up on me and if I'm not in the car then they'd call the police, I got offended. I was also told there can be no more than 2 people in the room at once, or else police would be called. That's probably the worst rule I've ever heard of out of anywhere in the world I've stayed. I can understand about the part if their place is unmanned at night and have fire regulation requirement at night, but hotel have visitors all the time and they're telling me their hotel don’t allow their customers to have visitors to stepping inside the hotel? I told them I'm not going to checkin and will seek for cancellation with refund as I clearly stated the requirement during the booking. They repeatedly said they won't do refund and if I walk out and decide not to check in, I'll be forfeiting my reservation and payment already made. I don't get which part of when I said I'll seek refund of where I booked through did they not understand. They did absolutely zero to help and clearly tried to take advantage of the situation we were put in. I was repeated reminded of the "Australian regulation". I'm an Australian citizen and have lived in Australia for more than 20 years. I felt they were discriminating in every possible way. AVOID.

  Had to be the most unfriendly place. The staff was rude and unprofessional. At first we were denied from them for checking in with an infant which we declared when we made the booking, they insulted me and my family to the point I ended up refusing to stay and left the property. Thanks to Expedia, I got the refund.

  Canapes on the verandah with drinks followed by delicious main meals in the dining room by the fire. Good selection on the menu, nice wine and our hostess Grace was very attentive. A lovely intimate gathering with tasty meals in a cosy setting.
