  Unprofessional and rude!! I had my two garage doors serviced however the technician advised there was a part missing on the remote control unit on the second door. He didn't bother to use the door manually to find the part and I was forced to order new parts,. I was charged $66 dollars for the second visit when he stayed 10 minutes-, however the technicians log said he spent 37 minutes. I emailed my concerns and had no reply for three weeks. I emailed again and was informed that my account had been "credited". No apology or explanation for the poor service and lies from the technician! No refund for the part I had to purchase and I still have the "missing" part rolling around when the door is used. Very dodgy!!!
