  Upon my return at 5.30pm after work we were told that you were not going to fill the script for the following reasons:

  My daughter has just had her tonsils and adenoids removed and grommets inserted into both ears. We were instructed by the doctor from hospital to only fill the script if it was required. Well last night was the worst night of all since her operation on tuesday 1/3. We came into the chemist (our regular chemist) this morning 6 days later to fill this prescription as her pain level of a night is not settled by either panadol, nurofen or painstop.

  Today you not only angered a very tired mother who reacted very strongly to your lack of professionalism, you lost a very loyal customer. It saddens me deeply that I feel that you appear to think you are above what a surgical doctor has prescribed a patient for pain relief.

  Firstly, we fill all our family scripts with your chemist which have all contact details on them, we are also a loyalty member and have on numerous occasions had to have our details entered into your system when obtaining cold and flu tablets. For you to state you don't have our contact details is a huge lie on your behalf and a poor show of professionalism.
