  Restaurant was clean and tidy, food was good, staff were super friendly --we were served by a young man whose name-tag said Zac but the receipt said Brendan, he was an absolute delight!

  In conclusion, the dark stain that is the Ballina store will not shade the guiding light of the colonel. I will continue to finger lick, but not at this establishment.

  I thought the service was ok, food was fresh and nice tasting and chicken meat was also nicely cooked and decent sizing....I am only passing through from Brisbane and thought it was much better then some I ate elsewhere.

  Like previous reviews, customer service is completely lacking in this store. Staff are disinterested and have no attention to detail when processing your order. Napkins, salt, straws and spoons for the mashed potato are not provided and when asked for, you request is met with eye rolling. KFC need to train their staff in customer service, courtesy goes a long way and can be forgiving when things like napkins aren't provided.

  After a slightly hope dampening encounter with Lachlan as he took our order we swallowed our pride and awaited our order of a family burger box. For what seemed like a lifetime of the average hormone boosted chicken we had to wait for our meal, we hoped that it was all worth it. Much to our dismay our first bite of the nuggets let us down. The burger was tolerable, despite the slight dabble of the wrong sauce here and there. The chip boxes were about as empty as my soul as I realised not all KFC’s wanted to give me a finger lickin good day.

  As a faithful servant of the colonel I came in with high hopes of redemption for this esatablishment and put aside the slander of online reviews, What I was met with was a total clown fiesta.

  Food was nice but service lacking! Before I have finished placing my order I was told how much it was like my order was over. Then he walked away with the EFTPOS machine waiting for my card when I was paying cash. When I got my order and was already in my car my 3 X 6 chicken nugget meals one have 3 nuggets, one have 4 and the other 5! Not happy and neither were my kids!
