  Would highly reccommend this florist. Always puts a lot of love and care in all her arrangements. Great friendly staff who go out of their way to help. TREUDIE been in the business for over 50 years and has not lost her love for flowers...Shop is always worth a visit to look at all the great gifts too.

  Very disappointed with the arrangement that arrived. Dead, with petals falling off 3 flowers. White roses looked old, with browning to edges. Arrangement was dreadful. Ugly in fact. I contacted the owner who has these past 2 weeks not replied to my communications and is never available to be seen in person on 3 separate visits. I do not recommend this florist at all. Terrible attitude when arrangement was returned , it was pointed out about dead flowers, the lady on duty plucked out flower saying "Oh that one's dead." As if that is what you're paying for and it was of no consequence. I contacted another florist in Ballina who thankfully was more than able to fulfill my desire for a beautiful arrangement of magnificent "live fresh " flowers. Flowers in Paradise? I think not. Best spend your money where you'll receive fresh flowers and courteous service.

  I live in Perth and I send flowers to my friends and clients all over Australia. Treudie and her team are amazing. Whatever I ask for is always what is sent. It's on time, simple and easy. I give Flowers in Paradise 10/10. They are the best.
