  Standard Big W. I only return for the specials. And this store is great at showcasing its stock & clearance lines. Staff seem like they rather be elsewhere. Never happy and usually hear them complaining about work stuff....not professional at all. You also get interrogated if you need to refund or exchange an item ,even with a receipt.

  Cannot agree with the comments saying helpful staff. I experienced a rude and abrupt older lady at the electronic/layby counter. She carried on as if I was a terrible inconvenience and all I asked was for a price because the auto price check point wasn't working.

  Long wait at the checkout. No registers open. 16 people waiting to use the self serve. Only one person serving, at courtesy desk, very helpful despite being busy.
