  So rude! I brought $50 nursing scrubs that ripped after 2 uses upon returning them, the Ballina store manager was rude from the moment i stepped into the store basically said i was too fat for them and she wouldnt exchange or refund. My $9 Kmart pants can hold up against "my wear and tear" as she put it but there $50 scrubs don't even last 2 weeks. Will never return again, disgraceful, rip off and 100% rude staff!

  The owner of the business in Ballina is one of the rudest retailers ever. It's embarrassing watching her treat her staff so badly and she's no better with her customers. I ordered a set of uniform for my employees, then the order finally arrives 1 month later - and the order is incorrect. Then I get yelled and abused by this vile woman. Apparently it's all my fault. I would definitely recommend that you don't bother taking your business here, and really sympathise with her staff that have to put up with her arrogance and attitude.

  This was the best shopping experience I have had in years. The store is clean and well designed and the lovely lady that served me, possibly the owner, provided me with a selection of garments in designs just right for my odd pear shape. She really know how to style corporate clothing- and it made me feel confident with my appearance. Thank you TWW
