    I would give no starts if I could. I am extremely disappointed that I signed the contract, got given the keys and only then told that a hail storm was about to hit. Little did I know that none of their cars are stored undercover and that I now would be liable for the hail damage. I see this as a very sneaky way of making sure they didn't have to claim the damage on their own insurance which would raise their premiums. Needless to say their prior knowledge made it a very unfair situation. Where was I supposed to take the car to protect it??????

    Absolutely the worst customer service. Told us we had to do things online and the desk couldn't do things like change a license number. Took 30 minutes just to get keys to a pre-booked car. Avoid.

    If i could give them NO stars I would. Customer service was ATROCIOUS at best - they really need to get their act together.
