    Terrible cunstomer service. I hired a car for 2 days. They showed up 30 minutes late after i had waited for them to hand me the keys and fill out the paperwork. I then retured the car and was billed an extra $128 and extra taxes on top. I was orginally quoted $98 and my tital bill ended up being $253. No one told me that the car must be retured with a full fuel tank other wise you get charged $4 per litre. After phoning AVIS a number of times and being handed from person to person finally someone told me that the staff member must have told me about the fuel charge and i must have forgotton about it. Nice being told in a round about way that I'm an idiot and that im lying. Such bad customer service from start to finish staff. Staff need proper training. I would advise taking your business elsewhere. All they want is more $$$$ out of you
