  So we went back across the road to sign out of driving the car. The receptionist seemed shocked that know one came. I told her what happened and i said i want to book in for next weekend and she just gabe me her card????!!!

  I had trouble on a caravaning trip and the team at Ballina Subaru got me going again can not say enough about the help I got to fix the car the machanics even worked on after hour for no charge they are great people

  So i came back today the next Saturday. Advised a rep i was here to test drive the i30 he said i only do holden! Stuart was too busy again to acknowledge me. So a receptionist came over with test drive paper work and showed me to where i know be meet for a car for a test drive. She said he is just moving a car. So we waited and waited walked the yard in the sun... sat in the office where is she said to wait as it was quiet hot, this was around 30 mins waiting all up. Another rep came in with his customers and DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE US.

  I would lo2ke to give it -2 stars. Went to Quayside last weekend the only available guy was hanging at the front entrance. I advised rep what cars i was interested in and he had no training on either car. Thats fine i have been new at a job before he said ill get Stuart to help you take a seat. I stood in the door way in plain sight of guys going to help me...waiting 5 minutes....went and browsed the yard while waiting....came back to take a seat...waited some more looking at the guy stuart who was going to help, he was working on a pc and didnt acknowledge me. At this stage i walked out.

  Excellent service, we broke down on the way to brisbane, they took the car in with no notice, fixed it straight away, and even offered to drive us into town whilst it was getting repaired.

  Stuart stopped working as i walked out and said can i help you? (!) I said yes i wamt to biy a car but your all to busy! He spent ten mintues giving me vague details and sayimg its the best car out there. He was talking fast like he had better things to do and referring the the pc for stock information.
