  Stayed in East Ballina for a week with family and hired a mountain bike from here. Customer service was excellent, bike was in great condition and this experience made my holiday away so much more fun and cheap due to not having to hire a car.

  Looking for replacement scooter wheels, they didn't keep them in stock. I asked where I could get some making it clear that I was from out of town and therefore he was not going to loose any business sending me to another local bike store. He helpfully suggested I go to Burleigh Heads instead of sending me to the bike store down the road from him! Own interest before a customer, really poor.
