    Great little airport. Will get a makeover in 12 months. Burgers are great and it handles a lot of people efficiently.

    Ballina is a very small airport with very few services. The cafeteria tables were dirty and not cleared,rubbish bins were full, female toilet dirty, and the sofas near check-in counters very shabby & need recovering. For such a busy small airport, it needs refurbishing and more maintenance! No shuttle or bus services for Ballina, only for Byron Bay. Taxi driver was not familiar with Ballina south; very few taxis servicing the area. No decent waiting lounge, especially when planes delayed, for families with young children. Very few choices of healthy meals in one small food outlet!

    Not a bad regional airport. Clean, modern, plentiful parking. Not much more I can add.
